We offer a wide variety of aircraft to fit all of your training and rental needs. All of our competative rates are per hobbs hour and include fuel (wet rate). Due to the complexity of some of our aircraft, we may require minimum prerequisites to operate them without one of our CFIs.
Hourly Rates - Effective as of Oct 01, 2025
Discovery Flights - 175.00 (30 minute introductory flight)
Cessna 152 - 150.00 (1 Hour minimum checkout)
Cessna 172 Steam Gauge - 165.00 (1 Hour minimum checkout)
Piper Cherokee PA-28 140/160 - 165.00 (1 Hour minimum checkout)
Cessna 172SP TAA Glass Cockpit - 190.00 (1 Hour minimum checkout)
Piper Arrow 180 PA-28R - 215.00 (PVT or higher, 100 hours TT, 25 hours retract, 1 hour minimum checkout with Chief CFI approved instructor or 10 hours minimum instruction)
Cessna 210 - 260.00 (PVT or higher, Instrument Rating, 250 hours TT, 25 hours retract. 5 Hour minimum checkout with Chief CFI approved instructor.
Aeronca Champ (Tailwheel) - 130.00 (1 hour minimum checkout with endorsement)
Tailwheel Endorsement - Minimum 10 hours with Chief CFI approved instructor
